SSP-Certified Provider (based on polyvagal theory)
Somatic Experiencing ® Practitioner

Sarah Boss is originally from Austria and had her medical and psychotherapy training (15 years) in Vienna where she worked as psychiatrist and psychotherapist in the most important treatment centres before she became a renowned addiction specialist in the Anton Proksch Institut (Europe’s biggest addiction treatment centre).

In Zürich, Switzerland, she was Deputy Medical Director of one of the most exclusive private treatment centres in the world The Kusnacht Practice, focused on the treatment of psychological and dependency disorders and biomolecular restoration. Afterwards she set up the Dutch Rise Treatment Centre  for the treatment of eating disorders in Altea as Clinical Director.

Now she works in Mallorca/Spain in her own private practice, as the clinical director of The Balance Luxury Rehab and as consultant specialist for other clinics, companies and projects.

Apart from the Cognitive, Schema and Emotion Focused Therapy, she for example also uses Mindfulness techniques, EMDR or Somatic Experiencing and the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) from Dr. Stephen Porges to calm the nervous system and for traumatherapy.

She is also trained and certified in modern neuromodulation techniques like Neurofeedback, rTMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) and tDCS (transcranial Direct Current Stimulation) as complementary medication-free methods.

Because of the importance of the complex interactions between the brain and the body (including gut-brain interactions), she has also had extensive trainings in Switzerland to become a therapist for modern Orthomolecular Medicine. This includes Mitochondrial Medicine, Nutrition- and Anti-Aging-Medicine.

Being specialised on these up to now separately treated areas is the most promising approach to act preventive and cure with lasting effect. This profound view on the person was the main idea for the treatments she is offering now.

Sarah Boss also has teaching experience and holds talks and retreats on different topics.

After living in different countries she can offer services in German, English and Spanish.

Marion Pierschkalla

SE® - Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (Traumatherapy, Peter Levine)
Psychotherapist, Person-centered therapy (Rogers)
MSc, Complementary, Psychosocial and Integrated Health Sciences
SATe® - Somatic Attachment Experience Practitioner
Heart Path-Realignment® Practitioner (Inner child work)
Psycho-spiritual Body and Energywork (Brennan Integration Practitioner®)

Marion Pierschkalla completed her training in Germany, Austria and the USA.

Coming from a background as a master ceramicist with her own workshop, her path led her to work with people. As a psychological counselor (life counselor), she worked as a freelancer for a practice for 8 years, followed by founding her own practice for body-oriented therapy.

This was followed by training at the Heart-Path Retreat Center® in NM/USA and Austria, as well as at the Barbara Brennan School of Healing®, where a holistic and integrative approach towards individuals is being taught. This includes an understanding of our personality structures as a necessary adaptation or survival strategy. And derived from this, how we deal with our body, how we think, feel, organize our energy and approach life.

She was a co-founder and worked for several years in a key role in a project in Kenya.

Through her trauma therapy training (Somatic Experiencing® and Somatic Attachment Experience®), she is able to focus on the body and its nervous system as well as to attachment styles in addition to the psychotherapeutic approach.
Trauma, i.e. overwhelming experiences that are stored in our body memory, can gradually discharge and help that a multitude of psychological and physical symptoms and limitations begin to dissolve.

Her expertise is constantly growing through ongoing trainings (including systemic and trauma therapy constellation work of Prof. Franz Ruppert, Interpersonal Neurobiology from Daniel Siegel) and continuous supervision of her work. She is also active in teaching and supervision.

Marion has been living and practicing in Mallorca since 2020 and has been supporting clients with her therapeutic work for 27 years.

She offers her work in German and English.
